Zhuzhou Heng Tai Company Ltd. is a scientific and technical type holding enterprise engaged in the research, development, machining and sales of various kinds of wear parts.
The company has in its possession a strong scientific and technical force, a complete range of measuring means and advanced machining equipment. The wear resistant cemented carbide wear plates and rings, S-tubes and adaptable jackets, etc. for concrete transport pumps developed and manufactured by the company have reached the advanced level of similar products in China and abroad in performances versus prices after they are tested by the authoritative agencies and used by customers. Concrete transport pumps manufactured with the company’s wear resistant cemented carbide plates and rings have increased more than 10 times in their lifetime due to the performances of the key and critical wear resistant parts. In the past 5 years, Heng Tai has supplied more than 9,000 sets of wear resistant cemented carbide wear plates and rings to around 40 enterprises that manufacture concrete transport pumps, such as Sany Heavy Industry Company Ltd., Zhonglian Heavy Industry, Xuzhou Industrial Machinery Group, Putzmeister, etc. They have won good appraisal from the customers in their actual applications.
